We are currently taking orders for medal boxes and medal mounting directly via email. To place an order for a medal box you can use our order form which you can download below. Our prices are listed on the individual product pages for the product series and size, with the exception of custom items and medal mounting which we quote on application.
There is an additional cost for insured or registered shipping via Australia Post.

Placing an Order
Send us your order request via email (either as a direct request in an email or using the order form).
We will work with you to confirm sizing options, service history and honours and awards for engraving or medal mounting / replica sets.
We will then send you an invoice and a PDF proof of any engraving details for you to approve.
As we cut and dress our own wood, and oil and wax finish all our boxes, it will take approximately 4 weeks until your medal box is ready for shipping.
Medal mounting and replica sets will take around a week to put together (once we have received your medals if they are being sent).
Any standard plaque orders and presentation boxes will take approximately a week to complete.
*Time frames will vary depending on our workload. We will advise you if there is going to be a significant delay.

You can pay via direct deposit or PayPal.
Direct deposit details will be provided in the invoice, please advise us if you wish to pay via PayPal.
As all our products are custom made we require full payment prior to starting, which we will do as soon as payment is received.

We are currently shipping all our products with Australia Post with signature on delivery and registered post for any original medals.
